At Aesthetic Services, we are committed to providing high-quality treatments and services in a safe and professional environment. We take the time to consult with each client to ensure treatments are appropriate and expectations are realistic.

Due to the nature of cosmetic treatments and the variability in individual response, we do not offer refunds on services rendered or for change of mind. Once a treatment has been performed, the costs associated with staff time, products used, and clinic resources cannot be recovered.

In the rare event that a treatment outcome does not meet expectations, we encourage you to discuss your concerns with us so we can explore appropriate follow-up care or alternative treatment options. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of management.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind after a treatment or pre-paid package purchase

• Varying results from treatment (as results can differ person to person)

• Adverse outcomes where appropriate pre- and post-care instructions were not followed

Prepaid packages or deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another service or individual by prior arrangement.
