Krystal is a Registered Nurse with over 16 years of clinical experience across Australia and overseas in medical, surgical, and emergency nursing. Over the past three years, Krystal has focused on cosmetic nursing, laser medicine, and advanced skin therapies while completing postgraduate studies through the Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science. Her interests include skin rejuvenation, laser therapies, regenerative medicine, biostimulators, and emerging technologies that support skin health and natural tissue regeneration. Krystal believes the best aesthetic outcomes come from simplicity, balance, and working with the body’s natural processes. Her approach focuses on personalised treatment plans, patient education, and evidence-based care to achieve healthy, natural-looking results that support long-term skin health and confidence.

Kim is a Registered Nurse with over 10 years of clinical experience and 4 years specialising in cosmetic nursing and dermal therapy. Trained across a broad range of aesthetic treatments and advanced skin therapies, Kim is passionate about delivering natural, balanced results with a strong focus on safety, patient education, and long-term skin health. Known for her calm and down-to-earth approach, she works particularly well with anxious clients and is committed to creating a comfortable, supportive treatment experience. Kim completed her Bachelor of Science (Nursing) at Edith Cowan University and later completed postgraduate training in Cosmetic Nursing and Dermal Therapy through the Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science.
Henry Lilford RN
Bachelor of Science (Nursing) | Diploma of Beauty Therapy
Henry has a passion for skin health, beauty, and aesthetics, and loves helping people feel confident in their own skin. After completing her Diploma of Beauty Therapy in 2017, Henrietta built nearly a decade of experience in the beauty industry, specialising in skin treatments, client care, and cosmetic services. Wanting to expand her knowledge and offer more advanced treatment options, Henrietta pursued a nursing career, completing her Enrolled Nursing qualification and more recently her Bachelor of Science (Nursing). Henry is currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma of Cosmetic Nursing and Dermal Science through the Australasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science, further developing her expertise in aesthetic treatments and skin health. Known for her warm and approachable nature, Henrietta is passionate about delivering personalised care and helping clients achieve healthy, natural-looking results.
